Rekindling the Spirit, Health Services offer a range of services from our General Practise.

The services provided at the General Practice do not only include GP and Nurse support, we are equipped to have to have a number of allied and specialist practitioners, to ensure the best care can be provided to patients in the one location. Having the practitioners onsite allows for the patients to be familiar in their surroundings and the processes are much the same as when seeing our GP’s.

The Care Coordination support provided to Aboriginal people with chronic conditions from the Rekindling the Spirit Health Service or mainstream GP Medical Centres form Tweed Heads to Grafton.
